  1. Mindfulness Workshops:
  • Overcoming a busy thinking Mind: 
    Mindfulness Workshop aims to teach and provide mindfulness techniques which will enable you to cope better with a busy mind, control mind’s chatter, ruminative thinking and unwanted thoughts; you will learn a different relationship with thoughts and feelings.

2.  A structured 6 weeks Mindfulness stress reduction programme:

  • Various techniques to take control over day to day life
  • Techniques to anchor in the present moment
  • Mind and body oneness
  • Peering into the mind
  • How to separate from negative thoughts

  • Self-compassion and kindness
  • Course Dates: 8th, 15th, 22nd Sept & 6th, 13th & 20th Oct 2019

3. Mindfulness in Wellbeing –  A 4 week programme                                  

  • Enhance your health and wellbeing. Learn about awareness, benefits and the science behind practicing mindfulness, techniques to anchor in the present moment  and various practices helping you cope better with sleep deprivation, stress & anxiety, feeling low and chronic pain. You will also learn mind body oneness and a different relationship with thoughts.

*A structured 6 -8 weeks Mindfulness stress reduction programme:                                

  • A Structured Mindfulness Stress Reduction Programme (MNSR): MSR provides fusion of key elements of the scientifically proven Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme, created by Jon Kabat-Zinn, and the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), developed by Dr Mark Williams and colleagues of the University of Oxford and the Oxford Mindfulness Centre. MBCT builds on MBSR and offers a breakthrough in the clinical treatment of depression, anxiety and emotional trauma. It is recommended by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) as a treatment option for relapsing depression.
